Our Warranty on Footwear Material and Workmanship


All Rhino footwear is backed by our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. We guarantee that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us for further assistance. In most cases, we will request that customers send their boot or shoe returns to our designated mailing address for evaluation by our dedicated quality assurance team.


Upon evaluation, we will take appropriate action, which may include repair, replacement, or adjustments based on the nature of the defect. Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Any evidence of abusive use, product modification, or tampering will void all warranties. We offer a 30-day warranty and do not provide refunds.
